We do not offer do-it-yourself application packages or document-review-only services.

Before your consultation
- Your passport or identification
- Your birth certificate
- For citizenship: any records you have for parents and grandparents, and a list of names, birth dates and birth places
- For sponsorship: your status document and your partner's or family member's passport
- Any letters or decisions from IRCC
- Your questions, written down

Can I ask a few questions by email first?
We are happy to answer simple questions about our services. Questions about whether you qualify need a consultation, because the answer depends on your documents and history.
Do you offer free consultations?
No. The consultation is a professional assessment by a licensed consultant. The fee is credited toward our fees if you retain Bonti within 30 days.
Can someone else join the call?
Yes. Family members are welcome. Our services are provided in English and Tagalog (Filipino). If you need help in another language, you are welcome to arrange your own interpreter, subject to our communication and representation requirements.
